Role Summary

As a Gaming Technical Support Representative, you will be the go-to expert for Lenovo's gaming customers. From answering quick queries to solving complex performance issues, you will ensure every gamer enjoys a seamless, optimized, and uninterrupted experience. This role blends customer service excellence with advanced tech troubleshooting—ideal for passionate gamers with solid technical aptitude.

Key Responsibilities

Customer & Technical Support

Deliver fast, friendly, and professional support via phone, chat, and email.

Troubleshoot issues related to Lenovo Gaming PCs, Laptops, Accessories, and Peripherals.

Diagnose problems with GPU/CPU performance, RAM, SSD, drivers, thermal issues, BIOS, connectivity, FPS drops, and lag.

Assist customers with issues involving Steam, Epic Games, Xbox Game Pass, and other platforms.

Provide clear, step-by-step guidance that even non-technical users can easily follow.

Gaming Expertise

Educate gamers about system optimization, recommended settings, and tuning for smoother gameplay.

Stay updated with the latest Legion products, new technologies, and gaming industry trends.

Documentation & Collaboration

Record each interaction accurately in MSD systems.

Work closely with engineering, product teams, and escalations for quick solutions.

Share customer insights to help enhance service quality and product performance.

What We're Looking For

Must Have

Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and one regional language.

Strong hands-on knowledge of PC hardware and Windows 10/11.

Typing speed: 25 WPM or above.

Should Have

Good troubleshooting skills—gaming, hardware, and software.

Understanding of online gaming issues such as latency, packet loss, lag, FPS, ping.

Strong comprehension and customer interaction capabilities.

Good to Have

Experience with Lenovo Legion or other gaming laptops/desktops.

Knowledge of BIOS updates, driver installations, OS reloads, GPU/CPU diagnostics.

Basic familiarity with performance tuning, cooling optimization, or overclocking.

Ability to upsell gaming add-ons or extended warranties.

Any certification in hardware or IT support.

2+ years of gaming/technical support experience.

Work Environment

5-day work roster (Monday–Sunday) – General Shift

Freshers and experienced candidates (1–2 years) are welcome.
