Handle inbound/outbound customer queries professionally

Follow process guidelines and quality standards

Eligibility Criteria

Graduation is mandatory

Minimum 1 year of telesales experience required

Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (verbal & written)

Comfortable working in rotational shifts
