4. Handle outbound calling.
5. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools
6. Go the extra mile to engage customers Experience Freshers /1-3 years in handling customer queries/complaints via email, chat, inbound, and outbound calls.
Mandatory Language - English and Hindi Industry type Any industry with experience in customer facing
