Job Description Customer Support Associate (Chat Process)

Location: Kolkata

Work Days: Monday Saturday

Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline

Compensation:1.8 2.24 LPA + Performance-based incentives (uncapped!)

Reporting Team: Reports to Customer Support Manager / Operations Head

Key Performance Areas:

  • Handle customer queries via chat in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide accurate information and service guidance
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution with empathy
  • Maintain chat records and CRM updates
  • Collaborate with internal teams to solve escalations or service gaps
  • Generate weekly reports on chat metrics and user concerns

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Interact with students and parents through a chat-based system
  • Understand concerns and provide effective resolutions or guidance
  • Maintain a courteous and helpful tone while multitasking in chat windows
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues quickly
  • Report chat trends, FAQs, and any technical glitches to improve support

Who We Are Looking For:

  • A fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience in customer service/chat support
  • Strong written communication fluent in English
  • Patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented personality
  • Comfortable with CRM tools, chat platforms, and typing at a good speed
  • Able to work independently while being a team player.
