Domestic Process

Roles: Customer Service / Telesales

Experience: 6 months 2 years

Languages: English + Telugu / Kannada / Bengali / Malayalam (role-based)

Qualification: HSC Pass | Age: 2437

Shift: Day / Rotational | 1 Rotational Week Off

Salary: 25K 35K In-Hand

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally
• Resolve customer queries related to services and subscriptions
• Assist customers with renewals, upgrades, and follow-ups
• Achieve daily/monthly performance targets
• Maintain accurate customer records in the system
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality

International Process

Role: International Telesales

Gender: Male Only

Experience: Min 1 year International Sales/Collections

Excellent English mandatory

Shift: Night (11 PM 8 AM) | 2 Rotational Week Offs

Salary: 25K 35K In-Hand

Unlimited Incentives + 100 Night Allowance

Key Responsibilities

• Handle international customers via outbound calls
• Promote and sell services to global clients
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
• Meet sales targets and quality benchmarks
• Maintain proper call and customer documentation
