Your Role & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Provide technical assistance for broadband and voice-related concerns
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain quality standards
- Meet individual and team performance targets
- Follow compliance and company guidelines
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 6 months of International Voice experience (mandatory)
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts (including night shifts)
- Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred
