Job Description
We are hiring Customer Support Associates for a reputed global online service platform. The role involves handling customer interactions via voice calls, assisting users with bookings, account-related queries, and general service support. This position is ideal for graduates/freshers and HSC candidates with experience who have strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
Candidates must be comfortable working in a 5-day work schedule with rotational week-offs and should be enthusiastic about delivering high-quality customer service.
Salary Structure
- Graduate Fresher: 24,000 in-hand
- Graduate / HSC with Experience: 28,000 in-hand + performance-based incentives
- Incentives applicable for experienced candidates
- Stable shift structure with growth opportunities
Work Schedule
- Working Days: 5 days a week
- Week Offs: Any 2 rotational week-offs
- Shifts: Rotational shifts as per business requirement
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound voice calls from customers professionally and courteously
- Assist customers with booking-related queries, modifications, cancellations, and general support
- Address customer concerns and provide accurate, timely resolutions
- Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction through effective communication
- Document customer interactions and update systems accurately
- Follow all quality guidelines, SOPs, and compliance standards
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when required
- Ensure data privacy and confidentiality during all interactions
- Meet performance metrics related to quality, productivity, and adherence
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate Freshers are eligible
- HSC (12th Pass) candidates must have minimum 6 months of experience
- Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory)
- Prior voice process or customer support experience is an advantage
- Basic computer knowledge required
- Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving skills
