We are hiring Customer Support Associates for an International Voice Process. The role involves handling customer queries over calls, providing resolutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound international customer calls

Resolve customer queries in a professional manner

Maintain accurate records of interactions

Meet quality and productivity targets

Skills Required:

Excellent English communication skills

Good listening and problem-solving ability

Comfortable with rotational shifts (including night shifts)
