Job Description

  • Interface with customers via inbound and outbound calls to sell products such as credit cards, insurance, and travel packages
  • Greet customers courteously and professionally following company procedures
  • Clarify customer requirements, probe for details, and confirm understanding
  • Demonstrate products and services effectively to meet customer needs
  • Utilize CRM software and sales tools to maintain accurate customer records
  • Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining professionalism

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Undergraduate candidates and freshers can apply
  • Previous experience in BPO sales or customer service is desirable but not mandatory
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
  • Strong persuasive, negotiation, and sales skills
  • Comfortable working 6 days a week from the office
