About The Role

Jio is inviting applications for the position of Advisor Customer Support. This role is designed for individuals who possess excellent communication skills and are eager to provide outstanding customer service. As a Customer Support Advisor, you will be the frontline representative, assisting customers through various channels including chat, email, and inbound/outbound calls. The role offers a unique opportunity to work remotely from anywhere in India, allowing flexibility and work-life balance. The ideal candidate will be proactive, customer-focused, and capable of handling diverse queries with professionalism and efficiency.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should meet the following qualifications:

  • Proven experience of at least 6 months in a BPO environment, either voice or non-voice.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in using email and chat support tools.
  • Basic knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Must have a laptop with a stable broadband internet connection.
  • Applicants should not be pursuing studies concurrently.

Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of the Customer Support Advisor include:

  • Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone calls.
  • Providing accurate information regarding Jio's products, services, and policies.
  • Resolving customer issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Documenting customer interactions and updating relevant records accurately.
  • Collaborating with team members to share insights and improve service quality.
  • Adhering to company guidelines and compliance standards during all customer interactions.
  • Participating in training sessions and skill development programs as required.
  • Managing rotational shifts, including night shifts, and maintaining productivity during assigned hours.
