We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for an E-commerce Voice & Chat process. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers looking to start their career in the BPO industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via voice and chat support
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Follow company guidelines and quality standards

Eligibility Criteria:

  • HSC / Graduate (Freshers only)
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Willingness to work in rotational night shifts

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: 21,000 In-hand
  • 5 Days Working
  • Rotational Shift (Any 9 hours between 5:30 PM – 9:30 AM)
