Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Associates for a banking process. The role involves handling customer queries through calls, email, and chat while ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries and concerns via inbound/outbound calls, email, and chat
  • Provide accurate and timely information using available tools and resources
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently within defined timelines
  • Follow up with customers for additional information or issue resolution
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
  • Adhere strictly to company policies, data privacy, and compliance guidelines

Eligibility Criteria:

  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in customer support/customer service roles
  • Experience in handling queries via calls, email, or chat
  • Freshers with strong communication skills can also be considered
  • Prior experience in banking/BFSI/financial services is an added advantage
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to use multiple systems
