Key Responsibilities:-
• Handle inbound voice-based customer interactions.
• Assist with bookings, modifications, cancellations, rebooking's, and refunds.
• Deliver timely and accurate resolutions.
• Adhere to quality, compliance, and process standards.
• Collaborate with Team Leaders, SMEs, and support teams.
• Maintain customer data confidentiality.
Eligibility Criteria: -
• Undergraduate and Graduate candidates can apply. (No Freshers)
• Minimum 6 months of Customer Service, BPO, Contact Center, Travel, Airline, or OTA experience.
• Strong communication and customer handling skills.
• SHL Score: B1 and above.
