Job Summary:
We are hiring Banking Operations Associates to support day-to-day banking operations, process transactions, verify customer information, and ensure compliance with banking policies.
Responsibilities:
Process banking transactions accurately.
Verify customer documents and information.
Handle customer queries via phone and email.
Maintain quality, accuracy, and compliance.
Meet productivity and service-level targets.
Eligibility:
HSC (12th Pass) with 6+ months of experience in BPO/Banking/Customer Service OR
Graduate (Freshers & Experienced)
Good communication and computer skills.
Willing to work rotational shifts.
