Customer Support Assistant Hiring

We are supporting a partner company in identifying a Customer Support Assistant to help manage client interactions and ensure a smooth support experience across communication channels.

This role is suited for someone who is responsive, organized, and comfortable assisting customers in a structured environment.

What you will be working on

Responding to customer inquiries via chat, email, or other channels

Assisting with resolving basic issues and escalating when needed

Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions

Supporting onboarding and general customer guidance

Monitoring requests and ensuring timely responses

Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer concerns
