Job Description

Position: Customer Support

Experience: 1.5 Years

Location: Kolkata (Work From Office)

Working hrs: Monday- Saturday(11 am- 7pm)

Key Responsibilities :

  • Communication: Interacting with customers via phone, email, chat, or social media to address their needs.
  • Problem Solving: Resolving customer issues, providing solutions, and escalating complex cases to appropriate
  • departments.
  • Information: Providing accurate product and service information, and assisting customers in using features.
  • Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Feedback: Collecting customer feedback and reporting on trends and issues.

Essential Skills:

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to effectively identify and resolve customer issues.
  • Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to use customer relationship management (CRM) software and other tools.
  • Product Knowledge: A good understanding of the company's products and services.
