We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Advisor to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues efficiently. As a Customer Support Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with their inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.

Responsibilities

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM systems.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Basic knowledge of the company's products and services.
