About The Role

Jio is inviting applications for the position of Advisor Customer Support. This role is designed for individuals who possess excellent communication skills in English and are eager to deliver outstanding customer service. The Advisor Customer Support will serve as a vital link between Jio and its customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with the company's products and services. This position offers a unique work-from-home opportunity, allowing candidates from across India, particularly from non-metropolitan cities, to contribute to a leading telecom organization without geographical constraints.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of six months of experience in a BPO environment, preferably in voice or non-voice processes. Candidates must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, along with a strong customer service orientation. A reliable laptop and stable broadband internet connection are essential to perform the role effectively. Applicants should not be pursuing any academic pursuits concurrently, as this position requires full-time commitment. Prior experience in international BPO settings will be an added advantage, highlighting the candidate's ability to handle diverse customer interactions professionally.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service through chat, email, and inbound/outbound calls, ensuring customer queries are resolved efficiently and satisfactorily.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting, account management, billing inquiries, and product-related questions, maintaining a professional and empathetic approach at all times.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and issues in the CRM system for future reference and quality assurance.
  • Follow company protocols and guidelines to ensure compliance and consistency in customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to identify recurring issues and suggest improvements for service delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions and skill development programs to stay updated with product knowledge and customer service best practices.
  • Adhere to rotational shift schedules, including night shifts, to provide 24/7 support coverage as required by the business.
  • Work six days a week with one rotational weekly off, ensuring availability during scheduled shifts to meet operational demands.
