Job Description

Wobot AI is looking for a Customer Success Intern to support and manage customer accounts. The role involves monitoring customer journeys, identifying issues, and working with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution. A basic understanding of CCTV systems and strong communication skills will be an advantage.

What You'll Do

Monitor accounts and serve as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned accounts.
Identify areas of opportunity, highlight best practices, and document them.
Analyze potential issues related to customer accounts and channel them internally for faster resolution.
Review the customer journey, identify how it is supported, and take a consultative approach with the internal team to help clients overcome issues and achieve goals.
Communicate effectively with the internal team to understand customer needs, maximize retention and growth, and share learnings.

What We're Looking For

Knowledge of CCTV infrastructure and its workings is beneficial.
Understanding of port forwarding, DDNS configurations, RTSP protocol, NVR/DVR, IP cameras, etc.
Self-motivated and self-directed.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals at all organizational levels.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of Linux systems is a must.
Understanding of Docker is a plus.
