About the Role
As a Customer Success Specialist, you will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, bridging the gap between technical data security capabilities and business risk reduction. You will lead a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts, overseeing the entire customer journey from onboarding to renewal, ensuring a client-first approach in the global market.
- Onboarding & Adoption: Lead the onboarding of new enterprise customers and help to build data security program ensuring rapid adoption of Concentric product and value realization.
- Relationship Management: Establish strong, trusted advisor relationships with CISOs, VPs of Engineering, and Security Managers.
- Health Monitoring & Risk Management: Proactively monitor customer health metrics (usage, risk reduction) to prevent churn and resolve issues effectively.
- Strategic Reviews: Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) focusing on value delivered, compliance status, and ROI of the platform.
- Expansion & Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts to increase Net Retention Rate (NRR).
- Customer Advocacy: Act as the Voice of the Customer internally, working closely with Product and Engineering teams to improve product features.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education (MUST HAVE): Graduation/Post Graduation in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) from a reputed institution is a mandatory requirement.
- Experience: 5-12 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Solutions Engineering within B2B SaaS, preferably in Cybersecurity or Cloud Infrastructure.
- Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of Data Security, DSPM, Data Governance, or Cloud Security (AWS, Azure, GCP) or IT infra.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. Experience in handling NAM or EMEA customers will be a plus.
- Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with data security concepts (Data Classification, PII, Data Discovery) and API integrations.
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage complex, enterprise-level accounts and mentor junior CSMs.
