Job Description

  • Organize, run and measure the success of our onboarding sessions for new developers and customers (per our Onboarding Framework).
  • Conduct regular calls and email communication with customers and developers.
  • Customer relationship management - building the bridge between developer and customer.
  • Be process-driven and organized, your interpersonal skills will be your strength and will allow you to be successful in this position.
  • Analyze customer data and usage patterns to identify opportunities for improvement and upsell opportunities. Work closely with the sales team to expand customer accounts.
  • Make suggested improvements to our internal and external processes, systems, and workflows.
  • Collect and relay customer feedback to the product development team to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer pain points and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Handle phone, email, chat, SMS, accurately, and in a professional and timely manner. Respond as directed in the process.

Key Requirements

  • Relationship-oriented, self-directed, and a team player
  • At least 3 years of experience in handling customer relations with a proven track record of success.
  • Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • You have experience interfacing directly with clients and developers, and are proactive to take the calls anytime.
  • Highly organized with a strong sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
  • Able to effectively communicate issues and blockers to other members of the team and company to limit issues down the line.
  • Able to work flexible hours to meet client and developer available schedules.
  • Strong multitasking abilities with great communication skills. Each client and developer are different and we need to adapt to their communication style
  • Technical proficiency in organizing documents to keep track of all the engagements and communications with the Customer.
