We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional client experience, maintain strong customer relationships, and support students and parents throughout their journey with UniHawk

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for students and parents, ensuring a smooth experience.
  • Understand client requirements and provide accurate guidance and support.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Maintain customer records and track progress using CRM tools.
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
  • Work closely with internal teams to enhance service quality.
  • Collect feedback, prepare reports, and support continuous improvement.
  • Build long-term client relationships through consistent communication.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • 25 years of experience in customer success, client servicing, or a related role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office tools.
  • Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and customer-first approach.
