Role Description

This full-time, on-site role of Customer Success Manager is based in Gurugram. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving customer retention. Key responsibilities include analyzing customer feedback, identifying opportunities for improvement, and collaborating with internal teams to develop strategies to enhance the customer experience. The role requires proactive communication with clients, addressing their concerns promptly, and ensuring that their needs and goals are met.

Requirements:

Proven onboarding and account management expertise with 12 plus yoe.

Strong project management for successful implementations.

Deep industry/product knowledge.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

KPIs:

Lead end-to-end client onboarding for timely implementation.

Collaborate with product/tech teams to design and execute solutions.

Drive account growth, renewals, and long-term relationships.

Apply project management to coordinate teams and ensure delivery/satisfaction.
