The Role:
As a Customer Success Manager, youll be the trusted advisor to Sprintos US customersdriving product adoption, ensuring measurable success, and growing strategic relationships. Youll work at the intersection of customer value, product strategy, and revenue growthowning outcomes, not just activities.
What Youll Do
- Be the Strategic Advisor: Guide customers through their compliance journey, aligning Sprintos solutions with their business goals.
- Build Executive Relationships: Partner with key stakeholders to drive adoption, retention, and expansion.
- Drive Product Value: Map customer needs to product capabilities, ensuring they realise value from Day 1.
- Solve and Scale: Troubleshoot challenges, recommend solutions, and share feedback to improve product and process.
- Own Outcomes: Lead renewals, uncover growth opportunities, and turn satisfied customers into brand advocates.
Youre an Ideal Fit If You
- Bring 35 years of experience in B2B SaaS, particularly in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles.
- Communicate with clarity and confidenceespecially with senior stakeholders.
- Understand cloud technologies (S3, VPC, DB encryption) and how they map to compliance.
- Thrive on building lasting relationships and delivering measurable impact.
- Are organised, outcome-driven, and comfortable working across global time zones.
