In this critical role, you will support and grow enterprise customers, acting as a subject matter expert on the company's solutions. Your expertise will ensure customers gain maximum value, and you'll serve as their primary advocate. Collaborating with various teams, you'll drive customer satisfaction and engagement while identifying opportunities for growth and addressing challenges. Accountabilities
- Work closely with Account Management to build strong customer relationships and understand customer's immediate and future needs
- Be a trusted voice of the customer and advocate internally on their behalf
- Build a deep understanding of the company's solutions and provide technical and functional subject matter expertise
- Align closely with Account Management, Customer Support, Product, and Engineering teams
- Ensure customers are adopting purchased solutions and achieving their desired objectives
- Conduct and lead regular business reviews, celebrating progress and planning for future objectives
- Partner with sales to identify and capitalize on expansion opportunities
- Minimize potential churn by actively communicating with leadership and building mitigation plans
Requirements
- At least 5 years experience in a technical, customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong technical communication skills for a business audience
- Ability to break down and track technical projects
- Proactive mindset with a focus on identifying key areas for improvement
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
