Job Description

We are seeking experienced B2B Sales Professionals with a minimum of 2+ years of proven experience, preferably within IT Solutions or IT Training services.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic client acquisition, relationship management, and consultative selling. You will play a key role in understanding client needs, proposing tailored solutions, and ensuring long-term customer success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing corporate clients.
  • Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities through proactive outreach and market research.
  • Understand customer requirements and propose suitable IT solutions or training programs based on business needs.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, demos, and negotiations to close deals effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal technical, training, and marketing teams to deliver customized solutions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and service quality oversight.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and documentation to support strategic planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in IT Solutions, Software Sales, EdTech, or IT Training Services.
  • Strong ability to develop and maintain client relationships at multiple organizational levels.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business value for clients.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.

Additional Valuable Attributes

  • Experience with CRM tools and structured sales pipelines.
  • Knowledge of corporate L&D needs, digital transformation trends, or enterprise technology adoption.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and consultative sales approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
