Role: Customer Success Manager

Location: Ghatkopar East, Mumbai (On-site / Hybrid depending on project)

Experience: 2 - 5 Years

Job Type: Full-time (Monday to Friday)

Role Overview:

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) will be responsible for ensuring successful onboarding, adoption, and long-term satisfaction of enterprise clients using Kanishka Software solutions.

The role requires client engagement, project coordination, and operational excellence to ensure smooth implementation and continued platform usage..

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Onboarding

Lead implementation and onboarding of enterprise clients

Coordinate with product, development, and deployment teams

Conduct client training sessions and product demonstrations

Client Relationship Management

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients

Build strong relationships with Admin, Facilities, HR, and IT teams

Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention

Product Adoption & Success

Monitor platform usage and adoption

Suggest improvements and new features based on client feedback

Ensure clients fully utilize product capabilities

Issue Resolution

Coordinate with technical and support teams

Track and resolve client issues promptly

Maintain SLA compliance

Expansion Opportunities

Identify opportunities for upselling additional modules

Support sales team for cross-sell opportunities

Skills Required

Strong communication and client management skills

Experience in SaaS / Enterprise Software

Project coordination abilities

Problem-solving mindset

Presentation and training skills

Preferred Qualifications

MBA / BBA / Engineering background preferred

Experience in SaaS, IT services, or enterprise software

Experience handling corporate or government clients
