Designation: Customer Success Manager

Salary Budget: 2030 LPA (flexible up to 35 LPA for the right candidate

Job Description:

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist located in Mumbai, with some work from home acceptable. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing sales activities, building relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and delivering sales training. Day-to-day tasks include identifying sales opportunities, generating leads in other geographies, managing the sales pipeline, conducting sales presentations, and supporting clients in using our platform effectively.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Expertise in sales and sales management.
  • Experience in training and supporting clients.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • MBA / Master's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 812 years of experience in the financial services industry with investment houses or FinTech companies.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Connections with Individual IFAs or MFDs required; IFA/MFD networks/groups in Mumbai will be an added advantage.
