Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Success Manager, Events and Campaigns, based in Mumbai. You will be responsible for ensuring successful campaign delivery, adoption, and satisfaction with the Wozku Platform. The Customer Success Manager will work closely with clients to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Understand client marketing goals and translate them into actionable plans with Wozku's solutions
  2. Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams of clients to plan and execute campaigns using Wozku.
  3. Manage project timelines, quality expectations, and communication across stakeholders
  4. Simulate marketing outcomes and campaign performance forecasts using relevant tools.
  5. Proactively troubleshoot issues and drive continuous improvement in client experience.
  6. On-Field Execution

Skills and Qualifications

  • 34 years of experience in Customer success/client servicing/account management in Marketing domain
  • Strong understanding of marketing, digital channels, and content marketing strategies
  • Excellent command over written and spoken English - clear, concise, and professional communication
  • Strong analytical abilities - comfortable with data interpretation, insights, and reporting
  • Proven experience working with global clients and handling executive-level conversations.
  • Comfortable working across multiple time zones.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, project management tools, and marketing analytics platforms.
