Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi for a Customer Success Manager in the Edtech sector. The role involves ensuring customer satisfaction and retention, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will work with cross-functional teams to address customer needs, provide solutions, and align with company goals. Additionally, the role includes analyzing customer feedback, monitoring engagement metrics, and implementing strategies to improve client experiences.
