Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Success Manager located in Delhi. The Customer Success Manager will focus on ensuring customer satisfaction and retention, building strong relationships, and maintaining seamless communication with clients. Daily responsibilities include addressing client inquiries, resolving concerns, analyzing customer data to inform strategic decisions, and ensuring services align with customer needs and expectations. The role also involves working collaboratively with internal teams to enhance customer engagement and improve processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to address client needs effectively and provide an exceptional service experience
  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills to assess customer feedback, identify trends, and develop insights-based strategies
  • Experience in Customer Retention and Relationship Building to foster trust, encourage loyalty, and maintain long-term partnerships
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to interact with diverse stakeholders and resolve issues promptly
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field
  • Experience in the education or edtech industry is an advantage
