About the Role
This is a client-facing, commercially driven role focused on running product demos and driving adoption of AI-powered recruitment automation and leadership assessment solutions. You will initially engage on an on-demand, hourly basis, with structured training provided. As you ramp up and take ownership of client portfolios, the role can transition into a full-time position. You'll operate at the intersection of sales, product, and delivery, acting as both a demo specialist and trusted client advisor.
Responsibilities
Product Demos & Solutioning
- Run tailored demos for clients, hiring managers, and candidates
- Translate AI and automation capabilities into clear business outcomes
- Configure and personalise demo flows based on client use cases
- Handle live objections, positioning, and stakeholder discussions
Cross-Sell & Revenue Expansion
- Identify opportunities to introduce additional modules and services
- Position integrated solutions across recruitment and leadership assessment
- Partner with sales to convert demo pipelines into revenue
Client Success & Account Ownership
- Act as the primary point of contact post-demo
- Manage onboarding, adoption, and ongoing engagement
- Ensure delivery aligns with promised outcomes (speed, quality, cost)
- Drive retention, renewals, and expansion
Execution & Coordination
- Work with internal teams to deliver solutions effectively
- Track client usage, feedback, and success metrics
- Ensure smooth handover from demo to execution
Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment, HR tech, SaaS demos, or client-facing roles
- Strong communication and presentation skills (comfortable with senior stakeholders)
- Commercial mindset with cross-sell / upsell capability
- Comfortable working in a hybrid setup with initial in-office collaboration
