Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, support, product) to address client needs.
- Drive renewals, retention, and identify upsell or growth opportunities.
- Maintain CRM records, track account performance, and prepare reports.
- Monitor customer usage, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and check-ins.
- Manage customer onboarding, training, and ensure smooth product adoption.
