What we are looking for:
Role: Customer Success Intern
We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Success Intern to support customer onboarding, engagement, adoption, and value realization across the Ken42 platform. This role sits at the intersection of customer experience, product usage, and analytics.
The intern will work closely with Customer Success, Product, and Operations teams to ensure institutions are successfully onboarded, actively using the platform, and able to track outcomes through structured reports and dashboards. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers and data, and wants hands-on exposure to enterprise SaaS customer success in an AI-driven product environment.
