About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Executive to drive customer onboarding and product adoption to ensure a smooth implementation experience.
Responsibilities
- Drive customer onboarding and product adoption to ensure a smooth implementation experience
- Act as the primary point of contact for client accounts, building strong stakeholder relationships
- Conduct regular check-ins, training sessions, and QBRs to maximize product value
- Monitor customer health metrics (adoption, churn risk, NPS, CSAT) and proactively address risks
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with sales teams
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success / Account Management / Client-facing SaaS roles
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of retention, churn, adoption metrics
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with CRM/CS tools (HubSpot, Gainsight, Zendesk, Intercom, etc.)
