Job Title: Customer Success Executive

Experience: 3 - 5 years

Work Type: Chennai (On-site)

Responsibilities:

• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Customer Retention
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills for understanding customer feedback and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience in building and maintaining positive client relationships Provide detailed reviews of service disruptions, metrics & business reviews to the relevant team
• Analytical Skills to interpret customer data and identify areas for improvement
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to thrive in an on-site team environment and interface with cross-functional teams
• Develop and implement tailored success plans that provide continued value to the customer, ensure renewals and drive long-term product growth.
• Background in retail is a plus
