About The Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Executive/Specialist to join our team in Chennai/Mumbai. In this role, you will act as a partner to our clientsensuring they receive maximum value from our solutions, resolving their challenges, and supporting their long-term success with SANeForce.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Support, Implementation, and Sales, to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers and ensure a positive, value-driven client experience.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and ensuring solution adoption.
  • Manage customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolutions.
  • Monitor customer performance and proactively identify opportunities for product improvements or feature adoption.
  • Analyze client feedback and prepare reports to help improve product and service quality.
  • Support client onboarding, training, and post-implementation follow-ups.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong skills in Customer Success, Customer Support, and Client Relationship Management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer data and drive decisions.
  • Ability to handle customer escalations with empathy, clarity, and professionalism.
  • Previous experience in Pharma, Healthcare, SaaS, or CRM solutions is an added advantage.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for client-facing roles are welcome to apply.
