Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally
- Resolve customer queries related to products, services, billing, or technical issues
- Provide accurate information and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers
- Meet quality standards and productivity targets
- Document customer interactions in the system
- Follow company policies and process guidelines
Skills Required
- Excellent communication skills (English verbal written)
- Strong problem-solving and listening skills
- Customer-centric approach
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (US/UK/AUS)
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask
Eligibility
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Minimum qualification: HSC/Graduate
- Prior BPO/customer service experience is an advantage
