Job Description

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our International BPO team. The role involves handling customer queries, providing effective solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through voice or non-voice support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally
  • Resolve customer queries related to products, services, billing, or technical issues
  • Provide accurate information and ensure timely resolution
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers
  • Meet quality standards and productivity targets
  • Document customer interactions in the system
  • Follow company policies and process guidelines

Skills Required

  • Excellent communication skills (English verbal written)
  • Strong problem-solving and listening skills
  • Customer-centric approach
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts (US/UK/AUS)
  • Ability to handle pressure and multitask

Eligibility

  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
  • Minimum qualification: HSC/Graduate
  • Prior BPO/customer service experience is an advantage
