Job Description
SANeForce is looking for a
Customer Success Executive Onboarding to manage new customer onboarding and ensure successful adoption of our CRM software solutions. The role involves working closely with customers and internal teams to deliver a smooth and value-driven onboarding experience.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end customer onboarding for SANeForce CRM products
- Conduct product training, onboarding sessions, etc for new customers
- Understand client business processes and configure CRM workflows accordingly
- Act as the primary point of contact during the onboarding phase
- Coordinate with Sales, Product, and Support teams for smooth customer transition
- Resolve onboarding-related issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Track onboarding progress and maintain customer data in CRM
- Collect customer feedback and suggest process improvements
Required Skills
- Experience in Customer Success / Onboarding / Implementation
- Strong knowledge of CRM software and SaaS products
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle multiple customers and priorities
- Experience with CRM tools, onboarding tools, or ticketing systems
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Sales Force Automation (SFA) or CRM implementation
- Basic knowledge of integrations, reports, and dashboards
- Experience working with enterprise or mid-market customers
- 13 years of relevant experience in SaaS / CRM domain
