Job Summary
SANeForce is looking for a
Customer Success Executive to manage client relationships and support customers using our
SaaS-based CRM and Sales Force Automation products. The role involves assisting customers with product onboarding, resolving queries, and ensuring successful adoption of the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support for SANeForce SaaS/CRM products.
- Assist clients with product onboarding, training and implementation.
- Handle customer queries via calls, emails and remote sessions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and product usage.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and support activities.
Requirements
- 13 years of experience in Customer Support / Customer Success / Client Handling.
- Experience in SaaS, CRM, or software-based products preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Hindi-speaking candidates preferred.
