Job Summary

SANeForce is looking for a Customer Success Executive to manage client relationships and support customers using our SaaS-based CRM and Sales Force Automation products. The role involves assisting customers with product onboarding, resolving queries, and ensuring successful adoption of the platform.

Key Responsibilities

    • Provide customer support for SANeForce SaaS/CRM products.
    • Assist clients with product onboarding, training and implementation.
    • Handle customer queries via calls, emails and remote sessions.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and product usage.
    • Maintain records of customer interactions and support activities.
Requirements

    • 13 years of experience in Customer Support / Customer Success / Client Handling.
    • Experience in SaaS, CRM, or software-based products preferred.
    • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Hindi-speaking candidates preferred.
