Lifie helps businesses replace traditional call centers with fully autonomous voice and chat agents.
We partner deeply with Growth & CX Operations teams to design & deploy an AI workforce that integrates into existing CRMs, telephony stacks, and compliance workflows, acting as a revenue and efficiency multiplier.
Based out of Dubai, Lifie AI has raised an Angel round of $100K USD from UAE investors as of Jan 2026, with multiple active enterprise deployments underway.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Customer Success Associate to own the execution layer of customer success from onboarding to pilot conversion and long-term adoption.
This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and customer teams. You will translate business requirements into streamlined AI workflows, ensure customers realise value quickly, and proactively reduce churn.
What You'll Do
Onboard new customers and set up Lifie Assist and Reach workflows
Configure AI agents across chat, voice, and campaign use cases
Track product adoption and identify gaps impacting conversion
Handle support queries and execution requests from clients
Work with engineering to troubleshoot integrations and technical issues
Convert pilot customers into paid customers by driving measurable value
Own relationship health and flag churn risks early
Translate client business requirements into product workflows and automation logic
What Makes You a Good Fit
1+ years experience in SaaS customer success, implementation, or solutions roles
Comfortable building workflows using tools like LangChain, Mastra, agent builders, APIs, and automation platforms
Ability to test APIs, troubleshoot integrations, and debug execution issues
Strong client communication and requirement gathering skills
High ownership mindset and bias for execution
Curious about AI, automation, and revenue workflows
Tools & Environment
You will work with our internally built CRM systems, automation infrastructure, API testing platforms, and product tooling.
Growth Path
This role is designed to evolve into a Customer Success Manager position with ownership over accounts, renewals, and expansion revenue.
