Job Description: Customer Success Executive
Role: Technical Support

Location: Indore (MP)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Customer Success Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support and service to our clients through on-call and email support, implementing and deploying our software product at client sites, and conducting end-user training sessions. This role requires a willingness to travel for training and implementation purposes.
Responsibilities
Client Support
Provide on-call and email support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to our software product.
Ensure timely and effective resolution of client queries and concerns.
Implementation & Deployment
Oversee the implementation and deployment of our software product at client sites.
Ensure a smooth and efficient setup process, adhering to client requirements and company standards.
End User Training
Conduct comprehensive training sessions for end users to ensure they are proficient in using the software product.
Develop training materials and documentation to support user education.
Client Interaction
Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs and provide ongoing support.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Travel
Travel to client locations as required for training and implementation purposes.
Manage travel arrangements efficiently to optimize time and resources.
Requirements
Any Graduate or Postgraduate BBA, B.Com, B.E, B.Tech, BCA, MCA, & MBA
Excellent communication and presentation skills and must have exposure in MS SQL part.
Basic knowledge of technical software and the ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Open to travel for client training and implementation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
