- Troubleshoot system configurations and assist with basic database queries
- Record and track issues in support systems
- Coordinate with internal teams for advanced technical resolutions
- Build strong client relationships through regular communication
- Conduct onboarding sessions and user training
- Maintain accurate CRM records and timely follow-ups
