Job Title: Customer Success Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking a Customer Success Engineer who can combine technical knowledge with excellent communication skills. This role supports customers by resolving technical issues while ensuring a smooth and positive service experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level support for Microsoft Office, SQL Server, networking, and internet concerns
  • Troubleshoot system configurations and assist with basic database queries
  • Record and track issues in support systems
  • Coordinate with internal teams for advanced technical resolutions
  • Build strong client relationships through regular communication
  • Conduct onboarding sessions and user training
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and timely follow-ups
  • Required Skills

    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, SQL Server, and networking basics
