This role requires someone who can build strong relationships with customers, understand their business needs, and identify growth opportunities while ensuring customers derive maximum value from WizCommerce solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage customer relationships post-implementation for assigned accounts in the US market
- Drive renewals and expansion revenue by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Proactively create new opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with the sales team to convert them
- Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and product adoption discussions with customers
- Ensure customers are realizing the full value of the platform, leading to higher retention and satisfaction
- Monitor product usage and customer health metrics to identify risks and opportunities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries, feedback, and escalations
- Work closely with product, support, and sales teams to improve the overall customer experience
- Maintain accurate account updates and opportunity tracking in CRM
Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Success roles
- Experience working with international/US customers is preferred
- Strong experience driving renewals, expansions, or revenue from existing accounts
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills
- Ability to identify growth opportunities within accounts
- Strong problem solving and customer centric mindset
- Comfortable working in shift 3 PM - 12 AM IST
