The Role

This isn't a behind-the-desk job. As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be the eyes and ears of our student community — present at our centres, virtual spaces, and events — spotting real moments worth capturing and sharing.

You don't need to be a professional content creator. You just need to be someone who notices stories, is comfortable talking to people, and can capture moments on the go.

What You'll Do

• Be present in student groups, events, and community spaces to spot meaningful moments
• Attend and document on-ground activities — workshops, meetups, student milestones
• Capture and organise real student stories, quotes, and progress updates
• Share consistent visuals and highlights with the marketing team
• Maintain weekly/monthly engagement logs and identify patterns in community behaviour
• Support referral, review, and membership engagement initiatives at the right moments

What We're Looking For

• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Comfortable capturing photos and videos on a phone
• Naturally curious, proactive, and takes initiative
• Enjoys being around people and can pick up on good moments organically
• Interest in fitness, health, or training is a big plus
• Able to show up across physical centres and virtual spaces
