Responsible for end-to-end bulk hiring and short-term recruitment across India, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating hiring drives while managing candidate pipelines and ensuring smooth onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referral networks
- Conduct telephonic screening and shortlist candidates based on role fitment
- Organize and manage walk-in drives across PAN-India locations
- Coordinate with clients for interview scheduling and feedback
- Manage candidate pipeline and maintain recruitment trackers
- Handle on-ground hiring activities, including registrations and coordination
- Follow up with candidates till joining to reduce dropouts
- Support onboarding documentation and compliance processes
- Generate daily/weekly reports on hiring metrics and progress
Required Skills Qualifications
- Any Graduate (Freshers only)
- Mandatory Hindi proficiency (spoken basic written)
- Basic to intermediate English communication
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
- Willingness to travel anywhere in India on short notice
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
- Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
- Smartphone with internet access for recruitment activities
