Role Overview

We are looking for a Customer success Associate who will be responsible for engaging with existing customers, improving customer experience, and ensuring long-term retention. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in EdTech sales and possess strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills to reduce churn and drive customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with existing customers to ensure continued engagement with the platform.

  • Proactively connect with customers to understand concerns and reduce churn.

  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries effectively.

  • Offer suitable solutions, renewals, or upgrades based on customer needs.

  • Handle customer escalations professionally and ensure quick resolution.

  • Track customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall experience.

  • Work towards achieving retention and renewal targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in EdTech sales (mandatory).

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.

  • Customer-first mindset with strong relationship-building abilities.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet retention targets.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.
