About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Success Associate to support our Customer Success team in ensuring a seamless customer experience and operational efficiency. Reporting to the Customer Success Manager, this role involves close coordination with customers and internal teams to manage accounts, renewals, invoicing, and collections while driving long-term customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management
Support the Customer Success Manager in managing assigned customer accounts and maintaining ongoing engagement.
Assist with customer onboarding, product training sessions, and adoption initiatives.
Serve as an additional point of contact for customer queries and ensure timely resolution. Billing, Renewals & Collections
Ensure timely creation and delivery of invoices to customers.
Take ownership of collections initiatives to follow up and close outstanding payments.
Coordinate contract renewals, ensuring timely triage and communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
Prepare and manage change request billings, contract addendums, and extensions as required. Reporting & Internal Coordination
Maintain accurate and updated customer information, renewal status, and correspondence in the CRM.
Generate customer usage, renewal, and billing reports for internal review.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
25 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Billing Operations (preferably in a SaaS or technology-based organization).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational abilities.
Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho) and spreadsheet tools (Excel or Google Sheets).
Basic understanding of invoicing, contract management, and collections processes.
